In an increasingly complex digital environment, the ability to anticipate a crisis makes all the difference. This workshop immerses participants in a hands-on simulation where you will take on a key organizational role and make real-time decisions in the face of an unfolding cyber-crisis — identifying gaps in coordination, reputation management, and institutional response.

This workshop, designed for leaders without a technical background, covers regulatory requirements, best practices for protecting sensitive data, and the steps to take starting today. Because it’s not about adopting AI—it’s about governing it before it becomes a problem.
