​In this process, we seek and identify opportunities for cooperation that can strengthen your organization, aligning them with your lines of action, capabilities, and resource management needs.

What does our opportunity mapping include?

We prepare a document compiling the most relevant opportunities, including calls for proposals, partners, donors, and funders, based on the sources we have identified and their level of priority. We also analyze how each opportunity aligns with your goals and needs.

We also held a workshop in which we explained step by step how to make the most of this mapping and get the greatest possible benefit from it.
