To develop this process, different actions will be carried out to strengthen capacities and institutional preparation, including training in resource mobilization, a diagnosis of capacities for resource mobilization for the selected municipalities and for the Secretariat, and a search for and identification of cooperation opportunities for the projects of the governmental agency.
The direct beneficiaries of this initiative are 30 selected municipalities in the department and the Secretariat.
