Highlight is a program carried out in partnership with the Cali Chamber of Commerce, designed to strengthen social organizations in Valle del Cauca through comprehensive support in three strategic areas: digital transformation, resource mobilization y legal strengthening.
The program seeks to promote sustainability, transparency, and operational capacity among organizations, enhancing their impact in the territories.
Highlight installs practical skills, promotes the strategic use of digital tools, and supports the development of projects that respond to real needs in the environment.
How does Highlight work?
The program is structured around three core components, each with specific objectives and methodologies:
1. Digital transformation: Strengthens organizations' digital capabilities based on a diagnosis and the creation of personalized roadmaps to advance their digital maturity. Includes practical training in the use of technological tools, optimization of internal processes, and adoption of solutions aligned with their mission.
2. Resource mobilization: Develop the skills needed to identify, formulate, and manage funding opportunities, including the incorporation of digital and AI tools in resource search processes.
3. Legal strengthening: Provides key knowledge on regulations, legal obligations, and good administrative practices that enable organizations to improve their legal compliance and transparency.
